All Sales Final on Limited Releases

Due to the nature of limited drops and small-batch production, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@aethnyx.com.

Include:
• Your order number
• Photos of the item
• A brief description of the issue

If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer size exchanges. Please review sizing information carefully before placing your order.

Non-Refundable Items

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:
• Incorrect size selection
• Buyer’s remorse
• Items damaged after delivery

Processing Time

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
